Position: Sous Chef job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is currently seeking a Sous Chef at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing various kitchen functions in line with ASM policies.
