Requirements: Associate or Bachelors degree in culinary arts or an equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience in a directly related field; One to three years of food preparation experience, including sauces, soups, meat, and seafood; Supervisory experience and working knowledge of banquet production and planning preferred; Current ServSafe Certification required
