About: Omni Viking Lakes Hotel, located in the Banquet Department, is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to support culinary operations across multiple outlets of the hotel, including the primary three-meal restaurant, Kyndred Hearth.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant culinary experience preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills; thorough knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
