Position: SOUS CHEF job

The Banquet Chef de Cuisine role at Hyatt involves managing the banquet kitchen/function within a 1200 room hotel with 200,000 sq ft of meeting space. The position requires creativity, strong leadership, and the ability to handle high-volume production for both on-site events and off-premise catering.
Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience preferred; schedule flexibility, including holidays; culinary degree; experience in the Banquets kitchen of a mid to large hotel (500+ rooms)
