Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; strong culinary background; excellent leadership and communication skills; experience in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations; knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; ability to manage labor efficiently; strong coaching and employee development skills; familiarity with automated food inventory systems; adherence to food safety and workplace safety standards.
