The Sous Chef plays a key role in creating a positive work environment for team members at Yard House restaurants nationwide.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems contributing to great execution; stable job history showing career progression
