Position: Sous Chef- Inventory Manager
About: Blackberry Mountain, a Relais & Châteaux property, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage purchasing and accounting for food and equipment inventory in a professional kitchen on its 5,200-acre property. The team embodies a range of experience and expertise, offering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences that merge Southern charm with an outdoor lifestyle.
Requirements: High level of kitchen operations experience; Experience managing budgets, including food cost; Familiarity with Excel and inventory input software; Experience cooking in a high-level kitchen; Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
