Position: Sous Chef – Hotel Revival

About: Hotel Revival, an art-centric boutique hotel located in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to join their team. The hotel showcases local products, Baltimore’s history, and native cuisine, and is internationally recognized for its commitment to the ongoing restoration of Baltimore and social impact.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of related experience in the culinary industry preferred; strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; proven track record of managing teams and executing menus
