About: High West, located in Park City, Utah, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support, lead, and inspire the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess high-level cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, ensuring a remarkable culinary experience. The Sous Chef will collaborate with the Executive Chef to showcase authentic Western Mountain Cuisine and maintain exceptional standards in menu creation, team motivation, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ kitchen experience in a similar capacity; proficient computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays; possession of a Utah food handler permit within 14 days of onboarding
