Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience is a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers, including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable
