Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; two years of experience in a high-quality food establishment; knowledge of menu planning, soups, sauces, meats, poultry, and seafood items; proficiency in food and labor costs; problem-solving skills; excellent customer service and employee relations; good oral and written communication in English; ability to work collaboratively, comply with regulations, manage labor effectively, meet deadlines, maintain health department standards, and perform physically demanding tasks up to 25 lbs.
