Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management; passion for high-quality food and exceptional customer service; strong written and verbal communication skills, basic accounting skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and maintain a flexible schedule; possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
