Position: Sous Chef- Banquets (Reno)
About: The Sous Chef position at Caesars Entertainment involves working on the line, covering breaks, vacations, changeovers, and callouts. They are next in command after the Assistant Room Chef when the Room Chef is absent, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of cooking experience with some supervisory experience; good working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Excel; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; follow company policies and procedures; work on the kitchen line in all positions; maintain sanitation and safety standards; knowledge of culinary departments; high level of professionalism
