Position: Sous Chef -AM Shift- Creekside – Snowbird
About: Snowbird, a unique resort located in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range in Salt Lake City, Utah, is known for its breathtaking views and challenging terrain. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 3-5 years of job-specific work experience; Must be at least 21 years of age; Food Handler Permit required; Ability to work various kitchen stations effectively; Strong leadership skills with prior management and training experience; Computer knowledge of Word and Excel; Understanding of P&L and ability to analyze monthly; Experience in a restaurant with 200 plus seats; Hotel and Resort experience preferred
