As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-end, luxury setting alongside a team of culinary professionals dedicated to creating unforgettable meals for our guests.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar high-end culinary role within a luxury hotel or resort setting; Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience, with a strong portfolio of upscale dining; In-depth knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management; Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team; Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an extraordinary dining experience; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
