Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable; A minimum of WSET Level 1 certification is required; Passion for wine shared through knowledge and understanding of wine regions, grapes, vineyards, and vintages; Ability to oversee wine inventory storage and rotation; Provide personalized recommendations to guests on wine selection; Attend regular wine tastings and educational sessions; Train servers and bartenders on product knowledge; Collaborate with the culinary team on wine pairings; Stay updated on industry trends and new wine releases
