Requirements: Associates degree or higher preferred; 2-5 years equivalent industry experience; strong customer service orientation and dispatching experience; organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to use technology efficiently including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM platforms; strong planning and organizational skills
