Position: Senior Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area; OR a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; Ability to manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and uphold culinary standards.
