Position: Senior Manager of Cage Operations – The Cosmopolitan

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Nevada State Gaming Registration; Two (2) years of previous Cage experience in a similar resort setting; Four (4) years of previous Cage Management experience; Three (3) years of previous Management experience; Exemplifies Leadership, Integrity, and Courage; Ability to demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity regardless of the situation; Ability to lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse workforce; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
