Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of professional work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; inspiring leader with experience managing teams; ability to indirectly manage and influence other stakeholders; high attention to detail and community engagement; belief in data-driven outcomes; strong project management and prioritization skills; resourceful problem-solver with growth mindset; willingness to take a hands-on approach to work
