Requirements: Highschool diploma or G.E.D; Minimum of one (1) year experience in the restaurant back of house kitchen environment; Ability to accurately perform measurement conversions; Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; Restaurant operations aptitude/mastery in BOH; Attention to detail; Collaboration/teamwork; Effective communication skills; Inclusive excellence; Problem solver; Completion of restaurant training program
