Position: SALES MANAGER-GROUP-MIDWEST MARKET-REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE
About: Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is seeking to add a proven Sales leader to its existing sales team. This dynamic role is being currently offered as REMOTE / ON-PROPERTY / or HYBRID, with strongest consideration given to a candidate within Central Time zone (CST) to align with the hotel business needs and a candidate with previous or existing full-service Hyatt Sales Manager experience. The ideal candidate is a top producer in their current hotel sales role, highly motivated by uncapped quarterly bonus potential, and has deep-seated relationships with an existing clientele base. Candidate should also demonstrate skillsets in new business development success, prospecting initiatives, and utilization of key industry tools. The role involves booking mid to large-sized meetings with peak night thresholds above 41 rooms peak contracted. The position offered will be a leadership and selling role with a heavy emphasis on proactive business development and converting new business opportunities.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred; Must be proficient in general computer knowledge; Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training; Refined verbal and written communication skills; A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
