About: Flynn Group/Applebee’s: Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, part of Flynn Group, the largest Franchisee in the United States operating various restaurant chains across the country, including 48 Applebee’s locations in the Greater Minnesota region. They are currently looking to hire Restaurant Managers with prior GM or AM experience.
Requirements: Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry for at least 2 years; completion of a 9-week paid training program; strong food service and restaurant management background; knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes; excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure; exceptional customer service skills; proficiency in computer systems and restaurant management software.
