Position: PM Part Time Line Cook
About: Schulte Companies is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Schulte Companies, you will prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, clean and maintain station with a focus on safety, sanitation, and organization, follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up, ensure correct temperature and portion size of all food served, and assist in the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety regulations; ability to follow recipes and quality standards; strong organizational and cleanliness skills
