Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; In-depth knowledge of pastry and baking techniques; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
