Requirements: Previous experience as a Pantry Chef, Garde Manger, or similar role in a high-volume, fine-dining environment preferred; strong knowledge of cold food preparation, plating, and presentation techniques; excellent organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure; strong communication and teamwork skills; culinary degree or equivalent training is a plus
