Requirements: Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service and guest contact skills; outgoing and helpful demeanor; degree in hospitality or related field preferred; ability to establish rapport quickly; above-average communication skills; flexibility to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends; ability to work in a high-volume operation; multitasking and meeting deadlines; preference given to current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with luxury hotel experience.
