As a Customer Service Representative at Oaks Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both our current and potential residents. Your main focus will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
This role requires a proactive individual to manage all communication channels with current and potential residents, including calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous responses. Responsibilities include resolving resident concerns with empathy, conducting follow-up calls to verify satisfaction, and maintaining accurate resident records. The position involves coordinating with various departments to address issues promptly, staying informed about community events to relay information effectively, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Additional administrative duties include scheduling, processing payments, and managing office inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and at least one year of customer service experience, ideally within a senior living or healthcare environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A compassionate, patient approach towards seniors and their families is crucial for success in this role.
