Position: MIA – Miami, FL – Food Preparer (MIA)
About: The Food Service employees at an airline company prepare meals according to airline specifications by cutting, chopping, wrapping, and assembling dishes and meals. They also set up food carts for the airlines with all required food items.
Requirements: Ability to speak, read, and understand basic English; compliance with all work rules and regulations; flexibility and ability to react to changing priorities; ability to work in a cold environment of approximately 35-40 degrees; capability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours; capacity to lift and push up to 50+ lbs; proficiency in using knives and kitchen equipment; good organizational skills and adaptability to frequent changes; ability to work in a high-stress environment with changing priorities; adept at following and understanding customer specifications and paperwork in English
