Requirements: Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s card; Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; 1+ years’ experience in seafood preparation and line cooking; 2+ years’ experience in the food and beverage industry; Proven success in high-volume kitchens, showcasing strong organizational skills; Leadership abilities to mentor team members; Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
