Position: Luxury Hotel Valet Attendant – St. Regis Bal Harbour
About: The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing information and assistance to guests at a hospitality location.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, Ability to read and comprehend instructions, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to effectively present information, Ability to perform mathematical operations, Ability to understand time systems, Ability to operate manual transmission, Perform parallel parking
