Position: LITTLE SPARROW EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF – UP TO $80K/yr. + BONUS (Midtown)
About: Rocket Farm Restaurants is inspired by Parisian bistros and old Brooklyn neighborhood taverns, offering a classic yet polished dining experience. Little Sparrow, one of its establishments, is currently seeking a driven and attentive Executive Sous Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Requirements: 5 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity
