Position: Line Cook – Silver Reef
About: This position is for a Line Cook at a restaurant in Saint George, UT. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food following recipes and menu items created by the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently. The role involves assisting with stocking kitchen stations, preparing various dishes, plating foods, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen operations meet safety standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knife skills; ability to interact effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices; fluency in English, both written and oral; physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand and walk swiftly for long periods, work in varying environmental conditions, and lift weights up to 50 pounds
