Requirements: Physical skills required: Bring energetic hustle and positive attitude; lift and carry items up to 50 pounds; walk and stand throughout shifts; remain at assigned stations during busy periods; perform tasks with continuous movement such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays. Knowledge and skills: Experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus; knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking methods, and food safety standards; ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure with attention to detail; team-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
