Founded by childhood best friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin, Jack Brown’s is a hub of quality food and enjoyable experiences. We value hard work and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently in search of an experienced and committed Kitchen Manager to join our team, overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and efficiency. The Kitchen Manager will lead the kitchen staff, establish food preparation processes, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager and front-of-house team is essential for seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting; Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards; Strong leadership and managerial skills; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness and organization; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances; Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
