Position: Kitchen 1 Chef/Sous Chef

Hotel Zena is currently seeking a Sous Chef to oversee culinary operations at Figleaf Restaurant and Hedy’s Seasonal Rooftop Bar, ensuring exceptional quality and service in all food outlets and events.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a similar size operation with Food and Beverage Management experience; experience in a lifestyle hotel/resort background preferred; excellent knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities; bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
