Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is a standalone condominium building managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, offering 59 resident-families a full-service private restaurant with organically sourced cuisines and personalized service. This role involves partnering with the Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team and front of house staff, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.
Requirements: High school graduate and culinary education from an apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute; highly developed taste and sauce preparation skills
