About: The Housekeeping Supervisor position at our resort involves maintaining superior standards of presentation and cleanliness in all areas, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. The supervisor will lead the housekeeping personnel and address guest/Associate concerns effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a hotel or equivalent; ability to communicate clearly with guests, Associates, and housekeeping staff; ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; effective at listening and responding to guest concerns; attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision; able to perform all Room Attendant and House Attendant duties
