Position: Housekeeping Floor Manager – Vdara
About: The Housekeeping Floor Manager at Vdara is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of facilities under your supervision. You will lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, establish and maintain cleaning schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays; 2 years of prior relevant experience in housekeeping or hotel operations; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Hotel Management; Knowledge with Forbes Standards and maintaining those standards; Previous experience working in a similar Luxury Resort setting; Experience in a role where you were directly responsible for overseeing employees; Excellent guest service experience; Describes themselves as detail-oriented; Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression; Can handle multiple tasks at one time
