Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent; four to six years of general management experience in a high-level operations role; fluent English proficiency; ability to stand and move about facilities, lift up to 25 pounds, use a keyboard, handle objects and equipment; strong communication, reading, writing, mathematical, problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities; willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, and holidays
