Position: Greek House Chefs LSU – Sous Chef Non Exempt
About: Greek House Chefs, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will play a key role in assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and freshness, overseeing kitchen operations, and supporting menu preparation.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of relevant experience; ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively; Serv Safe Certification required
