About: Dunham’s Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., founded in 1937 as Dunham’s Bait & Tackle, with over 240 stores in over 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska, is seeking smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods and merchandising skills to provide excellent customer service in a fun and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements: Must have 5 years of retail management experience; strong organizational and leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills; enthusiasm and initiative; ability to provide high-level customer service, train and motivate staff, build a positive work environment, and have merchandise knowledge preferred; availability to work any hours the store is open.
