Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services, or insurance industry experience; customer service skills; familiarity with medical terminology and common insurance and payor types; accurate and efficient keyboarding skills; strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision; previous medical, financial services, or customer service work experience preferred
