Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge required; knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services, or insurance industry experience and customer service skills acquired over one or more years; familiarity with medical terminology and common insurance types; accurate keyboarding skills; effective use of common office software; strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks independently
