About: Cafeteria Operations/Sous-Chef/Kitchen Manager position at T.F. District 215, a high-needs school, responsible for daily kitchen operations, providing leadership to staff, meal planning, purchasing, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Requirements: Associate’s degree in culinary arts, baking and pastry, or culinary management preferred; commitment to food and beverage knowledge and quality service; cooking and production experience; knowledge of health and sanitation laws; Certified Food Protection Manager or Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification; basic computer skills; ability to follow cooking directions and use basic math.
