About: The Field Service Manager position at Valet Living involves overseeing and supporting field service operations in an assigned territory of 20-40 apartment communities. The role includes ensuring successful deployment, quality of services, and safety of associates while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales and Operations Management is key, along with establishing strong partnerships with client property managers and staff members.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; AA degree or higher preferred; minimum 5 years of proven success in field services management; experience in multi-location management with a dispersed workforce preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish required; excellent project management and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills; committed to service excellence and able to work effectively in a team environment; proficiency in technology platforms and Microsoft Office tools; ability to adapt to changing environments and manage stress effectively
