About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining menus and recipes, overseeing the preparation, presentation, and service of menu items, as well as assisting in the management and development of kitchen staff. The role involves ensuring efficient kitchen operations and meeting quality standards in a dynamic hospitality setting.
Requirements: Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience; strong communication skills; appropriate professional appearance and demeanor; ability to read and interpret documents and write reports effectively; ability to solve practical problems and handle various responsibilities; valid ServSafe Manager Certificate required; high school diploma or GED certification preferred; culinary certification preferred; previous department managerial experience preferred; knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and health regulations
