Position: Executive Sous Chef – Maryland

About: Live! Casino is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to manage the day-to-day activities, processes, and training of kitchen staff, ensuring quality food service and product. The role reports directly to the Executive Chef, focusing on dining guest experience and operational culinary excellence.

Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent; formal culinary training or equivalent experience; 10 years of previous experience in high-volume quality casino resort operations with a minimum 4 Diamond/4 Star rating in a similar position; must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as determined by the Maryland Gaming Control Board.
