Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of five years of overall culinary experience with at least two years in an Executive Sous Chef position in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or restaurant; formal culinary training preferred; demonstrated project management experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of hospitality systems and software; proficiency in English with fluency in other languages preferred
