Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Aimbridge Hospitality is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in the efficient operation of food production areas. The Executive Sous Chef, in conjunction with the Executive Chef, is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef; strong culinary skills; excellent leadership and communication abilities
