About: International Smoke San Francisco is a popular collaboration between Chef Michael Mina and entrepreneur Ayesha Curry, offering a culinary experience inspired by global travels and international cooking techniques. The restaurant focuses on wood-fired steaks, seafood, ribs, and vegetarian dishes, celebrating the communal aspect of food and the universal culinary spark.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high-volume kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership role; culinary degree preferred; knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols; working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws; ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds; stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week; Spanish language skills a plus
